Raw Vegan Tortilla Soup - adaptation to try…

2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 red, 1 yellow bell pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
4 smashed heirloom tomatoes
1 green or red chile
7 cups water
1/2 t. Himalayan salt
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons chili powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon coriander
1-2 ears organic corn, kernels cut off
1 cup sprouted black beans, drained and rinsed
Salt and pepper to taste

Garnish Ideas
Parma! Cheese sprinkle or nutritional yeast
Diced Avocado
Chopped cilantro
Cashew cream

Process soup ingredients pulsing or blending until smooth. Leave more ingredients out before blending for a chunkier soup. Warm bowls in dehydrator or warm in pan gently before serving.
